Today was the first gathering of the Manotick Art Association plein air painters, and the weather turned out better than expected! We gathered in Dickinson’s Square where there is a mill, river, and gardens. Plenty of opportunities to paint. I chose to focus on some irises that caught my eye.
The paint was flowing and it came together quickly.
