Join us for an exciting art show that features smaller paintings at affordable prices! This event features smaller paintings that are no larger than 16″ x 20″, and a maximum price of $200. It is a great opportunity to do some gift shopping for friends and family!

I will have both watercolour and oil paintings for sale featuring birds, florals, and landscapes. Watercolour paintings are all professionally framed, and oil paintings are ready to be hung!
As an artist, I strive to capture the atmosphere and emotion of the landscapes I encounter. I believe, in order to capture the essence of a scene effectively, it is not enough to look at a photograph. You have to be there to feel the wind against your face, and to hear the movement of the landscape. That is why my preference is to paint plein air (outdoors) as much as possible, as it allows for more careful observation not possible from simply viewing a photograph.

The show will take place at Manotick United Church, 5567 Manotick Main St., on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023 from 10am-4:30pm and on Sunday, October 29, 2023 from 11am-4:30pm.
